OUT OF NETWORK BENEFITS
Though I do not accept all insurances, your insurance plan may provide you with out of network benefits. While they will not cover as much of the cost for services as they would if you chose to see an in-network provider, they may still be willing to cover a percentage of your out of pocket expense for seeing someone outside of their network. Follow the steps below to determine if you have out of network benefits and are eligible to receive reimbursement on your payment for services!

-
Contact your insurance company via the customer service number on the back of your insurance card.

-
Inquire if you have out of network (OON) mental health benefits. If you do, further inquire:
-
Do your OON benefits cover teletherapy?
-
Can you submit a superbill for reimbursement? What is the reimbursement process and how long does it take to see payment?
-
Is there a limit to how many times you can request reimbursement each year?
-
